And if you are looking to lose weight, you should never ever eat these foods. So what are these unhealthy food ingredients? Here they are:
1. Artificial Flavors
Artificial flavorings are derived from chemicals made in a laboratory and offer absolutely no nutritional value and are a magnet for processed foods. They show up in almost everything today, including bread, cereals, flavored yogurt, soups mixes, and cocktail mixers, so they can be hard to avoid.
2. Hydrogenated or Fractionated Oils
Fractionating oil is a process most often used on palm and palm kernel oil that involves heating the oil, then cooling it quickly so that it breaks up into fractions (hence the name). Hydrogenated oils are oils that are often healthy in their natural state, but are quickly turned into poisons through the manufacturing and processing they undergo. They take these naturally healthy oils such as palm, kernel, soybean, corn oil, canola oil or coconut oil and they heat it anywhere from five hundred to one thousand degrees.
3. Monosodium Glutamate (MSG)
The food additive “MSG” is a slow poison that hides behind dozens of names, such as natural flavoring, yeast extract, autolyzed yeast extract, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate, caseinate, textured protein, hydrolyzed pea protein, and many others. Currently, labeling standards do not require MSG to be listed in the ingredient list of thousands of foods. MSG is not a nutrient, vitamin, or mineral and has no health benefits.
4. Potassium Benzoate and Sodium Benzoate
Sodium Benzoate can convert into lethal carcinogenic poison when combined with ascorbic acid. Potassium benzoate often shows up in seemingly innocuous foods such as apple cider, low-fat salad dressings, syrups, jams, olives, and pickles.
5. Artificial Coloring
Food colorings still on the market are linked with cancer. Blue 1 and 2, found in beverages, candy, baked goods, and pet food, have been linked to cancer in mice.
6. Acesulfame-K
Acesulfame-K, also known as acesulfame potassium, represents one of the food additives used for sweetening aliments and drinks. It is approved by the FDA, but there are several potential problems correlated with the consumption of this food additive. Even though there are many studies that attest to its safety, acesulfame potassium is still suspected of causing benign thyroid tumors.
7. Potassium Sorbate
As one of the most prolific preservatives in the food industry, it is difficult to find an ice cream without potassium sorbate. However, it is not only recommended to avoid this chemical, it’s a necessity to eliminate it from our foods.
Food and chemical toxicology reports have labeled potassium sorbate as a carcinogen, showing positive mutation results in the cells of mammals. Other studies have shown broad systemic and toxic effects on non-reproductive organs in animals.

The food safety problem in China has been repeatedly criticized, and Made in China has become a synonym for black-hearted products, which has also caused a global trend of boycotting products from China. Although the Chinese authorities have taken measures to rectify the situation, there are still many counterfeit and substandard food products. By analysis, we think reasons are as follows:
First of all, under the high-pressure rule of the CCP and its strong suppression of righteous beliefs, people no longer pursue spiritual upliftment. The result is a rapid decline in morality, and they will do anything bad for money.
The second is the low cost of breaking the law, which makes some people break the law for profit.
The third is that China’s supervision is not strict. Although there are many government departments that have the power to manage the food industry, the characteristic of the management is that “everyone has the power, but no one is responsible.” Everyone will scramble to take care of things that can gain benefits, and no one wants to handle things that are not profitable.
The fourth is that China’s food processing plants are usually small in size, and there are a large number scattered in different places; especially in rural areas, there are more family workshops, which also brings certain difficulties to the supervision. Moreover, most counterfeiters are less educated, and their legal awareness is weak, which increases the probability of violating the law.
Of course, in the final analysis, it is caused by the deterioration of people’s morality. As long as people abandon the principles of righteous belief and moral values, and no longer have the constraints of moral standards, all kinds of counterfeit foods will continue to emerge.

They are one of the most-eaten fruits in the entire world and are typically known for being a good source of potassium. With that said, many forget that they are also loaded with Vitamin C as well. In fact, one medium banana contains about 10 mg of Vitamin C.
➡️ Oranges
This is one of the most common and most-known sources of Vitamin C by the general public. The reason is, oranges have a very high Vitamin C content. One medium orange contains about 65 mg.
➡️ Tomatoes
Tomatoes are a great source of vitamin C and you can typically find them year-round though technically they are in-season in the summer months. One medium tomato contains about 17 mg of Vitamin C.
➡️ Broccoli
Broccoli is often known as a superfood so it’s no surprise that Vitamin C is one of the various benefits that it contains. Half a cup of cooked broccoli contains about 51 mg of Vitamin C. You could get around 100 mg or more just from one serving.
➡️ Red Peppers
Peppers come in a variety of colors and flavors and offer many positive health benefits. But if you’re wanting one with high Vitamin C content, look no further than: Half a cup of chopped red peppers contains about 59 mg of Vitamin C.
➡️ Kiwi
Kiwis are a unique fruit that often doesn’t get a lot of attention, but you should know that they are one of the most Vitamin C rich foods on the planet. One Kiwi contains about 131 mg of Vitamin C which means that just one kiwi meets your entire daily need for this essential vitamin.
➡️ Grapefruit
As is the case for many citrus fruits, grapefruit also contains a large amount of Vitamin C. One half of a medium-sized grapefruit has about 44 mg which is plenty to give your immune system a nice boost.
➡️ Strawberries
Strawberries are a popular, sweet fruit that is grown around the world in a variety of different climates. You guessed it, they just so happen to be loaded with Vitamin C. One cup of whole strawberries contains approximately 85 mg.
➡️ Brussel Sprouts
Brussel sprouts are part of the cabbage family and are widely consumed around the world. Half a cup of cooked brussel sprouts has about 37 mg of Vitamin C which is a very healthy amount for consumption.
➡️ Potatoes
It may be a surprise that potatoes made the list. They are widely known as a food that is high in carbohydrates, but you should know that they contain a healthy amount of Vitamin C as well. One medium-sized baked potato contains around 22 mg of Vitamin C.
➡️ Apples
Apples are arguably the most popular fruit around the world. Not only are they a great source of fiber, they can also provide you with some Vitamin C as well. One medium-sized apple has around 8 mg of Vitamin C.
➡️ Spinach
Spinach is a superfood that provides an array of vitamins and minerals that are beneficial for your overall health. One cup of raw spinach has about 8 mg.
➡️ Lemon
Most people think of lemon simple as a garnish for drinks but you should know that it’s also an amazing source of Vitamin C. One lemon contains about 44 mg.
